Clinical Therapist
Linda Keilman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology from Illinois State University and a Masters of Social Work degree from Aurora
University with a specialization in school social work. Linda has over 30 years’ experience
working with the at-risk population and their families as a juvenile probation officer, as well as
with children and adolescents in the school setting. She is currently working full-time as a
school social worker.
Linda strives to provide a nurturing, safe, and non-judgmental environment for her clients to
overcome their challenges by building on their strengths and teaching a variety of self-care,
mindfulness, and coping strategies. She especially enjoys working with children and
adolescents, addressing concerns around anxiety, depression, social skills, ADHD, anger
management, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. Linda uses a combination of CBT,
motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family and their goofy cats, visiting
family and friends, reading a good mystery, walking on the bike path, and having a good laugh at
a silly joke!
